Exclusive stays for smaller groups
Not every visit to Heather Brae needs to be a large family celebration. On selected weekday dates within four weeks of arrival, we occasionally open Heather Brae for smaller groups, offering the opportunity to enjoy the property at a reduced rate while still enjoying a completely private stay. These dates are not listed on our online calendar and can only be booked by enquiry.
Heather Brae always remains private to one booking. You will never share the house or grounds with another group.
Smaller group stays are only released on selected weekday dates within four weeks of arrival, helping us prioritise larger group bookings made further in advance.
To reflect the size of your booking, a selected number of bedrooms will be prepared and some secondary areas of the house may remain locked during your stay.
This allows us to offer smaller groups access to Heather Brae while maintaining the quality of the experience throughout.
Regardless of the stay you choose, a Midweek Escape still means complete privacy and full access to the grounds and outdoor facilities.

Heather Brae is a dog-friendly property. Please let us know if you plan to bring your dog when making your enquiry so we can confirm the arrangements before your booking. Dogs must remain on the ground floor of the house and be kept on a lead when in the garden.
